Gov Delivery Didn’t Add Addresses, So who did?

The debate over White House Axel-Spam may not be over. The company that handled the emails denies adding addresses to the lists used to spam the electorate over the healthcare bill. In a blog, GovDelivery states that they merely process and deliver the emails, not aggregate lists from other sources.

The question of who provided the email addresses that were spammed by the White House still remains unanswered.
